Endless space for electronics!

The beachfront location was perfect for leisurely strolls.

During check-out, we faced an embarrassing situation regarding a supposedly missing cushion. Despite our insistence that we didn't take it, staff refused to check our bags and insisted we pay for it. This unexpected confrontation really soured our experience and left us feeling frustrated.

Good price/performance ratio. Great beach, very good location. Not far to shop and go out.

The air condition of the neighboured resort (kitchen/restaurant) roared half the night and did not make the evenings on the in itself very nice balcony with a great view to the sea a real experience. I wouldn't book like this again.

the room was perfect, not to mention views over the sea from the window. the breakfast was great; toast, fruit and eggs. location: the hotel was near to the main shopping area as well as the center of khao lak. the check-in was quick and the atmosphere was family overall.

Facilities were fantastic, but Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The pool was refreshing and a perfect escape from the monsoon season. I loved the eco-friendly water dispensers that helped me stay hydrated without using plastic bottles.

Location was top, was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful!!!

The only thing I have to say to you, the air conditioning was a little loud!!

It has both very amiable and best staff. The breakfast is delicious with the view and the location is stunning...

Request extra hangers upfront as limited storage space can be inconvenient for longer stays.

The beach location is excellent. Sea view, only one cupboard is missing. Breakfast more thail. 2 kinds of bread, sausage, eggs, cheese, it is enough. . Linen is clean. . Staff friendly and helpful. As one calls into the forest, so it echoes out.

I won't praise it any further because I want it all to myself.

Room was super comfy, and the pool was sweet as! But those loud doors were a bit annoying, eh? Chur for the friendly staff!

The location was the best thing about this hotel. We were traveling with children and the short distance both to the beach and the restaurants was very good. The pool was clean.

Musty sewage smell outside the facility and also in the bathroom. Loud air conditioning in the room.

Hotel was almost right on the beach which was great and the main street was a 10 minute stroll away. In some parts the hotel does need updating - beach umbrellas and the areas towards the beach. Rooms were pleasant enough - few loose tiles in the main area but were manageable. Massage ladies were very chatty and a good laugh which was nice. Breakfast was ok if you are not too fussy. Enjoyed the 2 night stay there :)

A few things do need updating but as its now low season maybe they will be done before November. Oh and not so happy lady/waitress in outside food area - perhaps having a bad couple of days.......
